1. Nature of Service

SwapQuick is a non-custodial front-end interface that aggregates third-party cross-chain bridge protocols. We do not hold, control, or have access to user funds at any point.

2. Eligibility

By using SwapQuick, you confirm that you are NOT:

• A resident or citizen of the United States of America
• Located in North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, or Crimea
• On any OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions list
• Using SwapQuick for money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal activities

3. No Warranties

SwapQuick is provided AS-IS without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, price accuracy, transaction speed, or bridge protocol behavior. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible.

4. Fees

SwapQuick charges a service fee of 0.3% per transaction. Additional fees are charged by bridge protocols and destination chain gas costs. Fee amounts are displayed before you confirm each transaction.

5. Third-Party Protocols

SwapQuick uses third-party bridge protocols (including but not limited to LiFi, Stargate, Across, Thorchain, Chainflip). Their performance, security, and pricing are outside our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwapQuick shall not be liable for any loss of funds, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of SwapQuick after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
